A new survey from schoms is seeking input from Learning Space and AV professionals to better understand training and development requirements across the sector. The findings will support future professional standards, guidance and development opportunities for technical staff.

As part of this work, schoms is gathering feedback on mandatory training requirements, role-related development expectations, and ways to make professional development more accessible and effective.
Colleagues from across higher education are encouraged to share their experiences and contribute to this important piece of work, helping schoms build a clearer picture of current practice and future needs within the profession.
