Members meet for an Annual Conference in May / June each year which is hosted on a rolling programme between institutions around the UK. The conference venue is also used for the location of the annual Higher Education Audio Visual Exhibition which is one of the largest HE specific exhibitions in the UK. 

Throughout the year, there is the opportunity to participate in specific local seminars and workshops.
