Proposed Update | SCHOMS Constitution
The Executive Committee have proposed a new Constitution for SCHOMS. The current Constitution reflects some legacy areas that were once dominant in HE. We have seen great change and developments over the time SCHOMS has been operational. To reflect this and to better support a wider education community we are proposing the attached new Constitution. We propose that the new Constitution will enable your Executive Committee to be supported by the members to be strategically sound and to widen our horizons.
This document is up for consultation and eventually ratification. We aim to be able to ratify the new constitution at the AGM at Conference this year. The Executive Committee are looking for six IRM’s to recommend this document be adopted four weeks in advance of the AGM.
