Schoms Annual Conference 2026

We’re delighted to announce that bookings for the Schoms Annual Conference 2026 will open on Wednesday 4th March 2026 at 12:00 via our new website.
The conference will take place in Edinburgh, Scotland, hosted across Queen Margaret University, Heriot-Watt University, and the University of Edinburgh. With the 2026 conference in Edinburgh, Schoms completes its consecutive journey across all four home nations, following our 25th anniversary conference in Belfast last year.
The Training Day and welcome events will take place on Monday 1st June 2026, with the partner exhibition and main conference running from Tuesday 2nd June to Thursday 4th June 2026.
Our 2026 theme, Intelligent, Inclusive, and Immersive, reflects the changing landscape of teaching and learning technologies and will frame discussions on the next generation of AV-enabled educational environments.
To celebrate the completion of our home nations tour, each institution will be able to access an Early Booking offer of one free place, provided the application is received before noon 27 March 2026. Additional places will be available at the conference fee of £350 + VAT.
Each place includes bed and breakfast accommodation from Monday to Thursday, along with lunches and evening meals throughout the event. Link and further details available Wednesday 4th March 2026
