Project Aims

  • Look at case studies of best practice inside and outside the HE sector
  • Review technologies which can be used for output management
  • Look at purchasing options
  • Review existing VFM studies
  • Develop a business plan and agenda for change
  • Encourage institutions to take on the changes proposed and report on their progress.

This project was under the auspices of SCHOMS and was managed by Dr Anne Mumford, Director of Media Services at Loughborough University and Chair of SCHOMS.

The project was funded by the HEFCE Leadership, Governance and Management programme.
