IMPORTANT: A 100% cancellation fee will be charged should you withdraw from the Conference after the booking has been made, unless we are able to reallocate your place in which case a £70 administration charge will be made. If you withdraw from the Conference but are replaced by a colleague from your institution there will be no charge made.
